M.T.M College of Arts, Science and Commerce was established in June 2014.Under the self-financing sector. It is situated on the Eastern side of the famous Cannoli Canal in Veliyancode Panchayath, the Southern Coastal part of Malappuram District, Kerala. The lush green campus gives a perfect ambience conducive to exemplary academic excellence.

The college is run by M/s M.T Mammed Haji Educational and Charitable Trust under the chairmanship of Dr. V.K Abdul Azeez (Chairman and MD, M/s Daya Hospitals Trichur). The secretary of the Trust and the Manager of the College is Prof. N. Havva Umma(Former Head, Department of Physics; M.E.S College, Ponnani).

The Trust has a vision of providing Higher Education to the needy rural and underdeveloped Coastal population of Veliyancode and surrounding areas. The college provides secure undergraduate programmes. Now the college is catering to the higher education requirements of nearly one thousand students. The staff strength of the college is a total of 33 teachings and providing non-teaching staff. All staff numbers are providing their best to the college. The college also provides sports and games facilities and participates in various cultural activities.

In the future, the college is expecting vast expansion for the conduct of more Courses.
