Entrepreneurship Development Club

Entrepreneurship Development Club was inaugurated by hon Principal Pro. N Abdul Hammed on November 2018.  The Club got its registration (Register No: EDC/MLP/57/2018)  with District Industrial Centre Malappuram, Department of Industries, Government of Kerala on 9th October 2018. 

The club aims to create awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship, nurture entrepreneurial skills and talents among students and strive to identify and support potential entrepreneurs.  The club organizes various Programmes to achieve the above-mentioned objectives.

Vision

To contribute to the nation’s economic and industrial development by creating awareness about entrepreneurship and its importance among students and to identify and support potential entrepreneurs.

Mission

To conduct various Programmes in order to identify and support potential entrepreneurs and to nurture entrepreneurial skills among students.

INFINITY 2K20

17-February-2022
NFINITY 2K20 is a management fest conducted under leadership of ED Club.  The fest aimed to identify and promote managerial and organizational skills among the higher secondary students of the near schools of the area.  Business Quiz, Treasure Hunt and Best manager were the contests conducted under this management fest.  The fest was a great successful one and around 100 students were participated from various schools of the near by areas.

IDEA INCUBATION

29-September-2021
The programme aimed to develop innovative and creative business mind among students.  Interested students were invited to share their innovative business ideas to prescribed google form.  Of them, 5 ideas were short listed and offered an opportunity to present before a panel of faculties.  Candidates who possess 1st 2nd and 3rd positions would be awarded with attractive prizes.

An Interdepartmental Quiz Programme

The quiz Programme was intended to develop a knowledge seeking mind among the students especially in the area of business  and economy.  About 16 students from different departments registered for the event.  The programme  was hosted through google form. The event was highly successful and informative.

One Day Workshop on “How to build a Successful Start up”

In order to promote and nurture young entrepreneurs and aware them on the process of starting their own an industrial units, ED Club conducted a one day workshop on “How to build a Successful startup”.  The programme was inaugurated by Vinod P C (Asst Industrial Officer) Taluk Industrial Centre Ponnani. 30 Selected students attended the workshop and got excellent feedback.
