The Department of Management Studies, MTM College, organized a five-day Interdepartmental Fest – Management Meet 2025 from 17/09/2025, with the participation of 18 enthusiastic teams representing various departments. Each team comprised five members, ensuring wide representation and collaboration.

The fest unfolded with a Management Game on the inaugural day, followed by a Stress Interview and Slogan Arrangement on day two. A thrilling Treasure Hunt was conducted on day three, while day four featured Group Discussion and Case Study Analysis. The final day focused on Business Plan Development, Product Selling, and concluded with a Valedictory Ceremony. After five days of spirited competition, the winners were announced: 1st Prize – S5 B.Com Finance, 2nd Prize – S3 BCA, and 3rd Prize – S3 B.Com A. Cash prizes and certificates were distributed to all winners by the Secretary of the College.
