Workshop on Research Methodology

Activity Description: The Department of English, in collaboration with IQAC, organized a Workshop on Research Methodology on 15th September 2025 at 11.00 AM. The session was led by Mr. Suhaib P M, Assistant Professor, Department of English. He introduced the basics of research, highlighted the importance of academic projects, and guided students on how to effectively plan, organize, and complete their final-year project. The class was informative and provided students with practical direction for their research work.

Orientation to Project work

On September 12, 2025, the Department of Commerce, in association with IQAC, organized a project work orientation for 130 final-year BCom students at the Seminar Hall. Ms. Maya C, Head of the Commerce Department, welcomed participants, and the Principal inaugurated the session. Mr. Anil Puthanazhi, Assistant Professor from Govt Arts & Science College, served as the resource person. Ms. Preeshma K.V co-ordinated the program and delivered the vote of thanks. The orientation aimed to guide students on their project work, equipping them for successful completion.

A Step towards Financial Wellness

The Department of Commerce, in association with IQAC, organized a Faculty Development Programme on SIP Awareness titled “Invest Smart – A Step towards Financial Wellness” at MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Veliyancode, on 11th September 2025 at 3.15 pm in the Seminar Hall. The programme was exclusively designed for the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college to enhance their financial literacy and awareness of investment options.
