On 13 th June 2021, Department Of Commerce and Women Development Cell in association with IQAC organised an interactive webinar on the topic " Chemistry of Self Confidence ". The webinar session was lead by Mrs. Neena Sabarish, lyricist, Dancer, Teacher and Motivation Speaker. Faculties and students from different institutions actively participated in this webinar and opined that these kind of programmes facilitates them to improve their self confidence and abilities.

Listening to yourself and trace your dream is an effective motivation technique. Identifying our own talents and abilities is the key to success.
