Technological Skill Development Program A collaborative effort between the IT Cell, Sociology Department, and IQAC of MTM College resulted in the Technological Skill Development Program on 25th July 2023. The program, facilitated by Mr. NandaKumar C P, aimed to equip final year Sociology students with essential project tools, fostering their technological proficiency and enhancing their project management skills.

Kaithang is a free food material kit distribution program organized by the Department of Sociology, Students Initiative in Palliative care (SIP), in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on 12th July 2023.   The Sociology Department of MTM College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Veliyancode, organized a Food Kit Distribution Program for individuals facing difficulties in meeting their basic needs, particularly related to food scarcity. The program aimed to alleviate hunger and provide support to those in need within the local community.

Blood donation camp The Department of Sociology, SIP, NSS, and BDK, in association with IQAC and the Blood Bank Perinthalmanna, organized a successful blood donation camp on 15th June 2023, to commemorate World Blood Donation Day.

Blood Donation Camp To commemorate World Blood Donation Day, a blood donation camp was organized on 15th June 2023 at N1, N2 venues. The Department of Sociology, along with NSS, SIP, BDK, and Blood Bank Perinthalmanna, successfully conducted the camp. The initiative aimed to encourage students to contribute to the noble cause of blood donation, with collaboration from various organizations and stakeholders.
