MTM College’s Department of Management Studies organized the two‑day National Seminar Catalyst 2K26 on January 8‑9, 2026, in association with IQAC, IIC, R&D & IEDC. Day 1 featured Dr. T. Balamurugan (SRM Institute) speaking on _“The ROI of Green: Building the Business Case for Sustainability”_. Day 2 included Dr. Sindhu KP’s session on _“Circular Economy: The Key to a Sustainable Tomorrow”_ and the presentation of 17 research papers by participants. The seminar promoted innovative, sustainable business practices, emphasizing their role in long‑term success. The Department thanks the management, faculty, staff, and participants for their contributions.
