Held on 21st June 2024, “Olympic Muse: Where Literature Meets Games” was a creative event that combined the Olympic spirit with literary expression. Conducted in collaboration with the IQAC, it was coordinated by Mrs. Amina Melathil and inaugurated by Dr. Fabitha Ibrahim. Students participated in various activities promoting unity, respect, and excellence. The event celebrated Olympic values through literature and games, encouraging students to engage physically and intellectually while appreciating global culture.

On 14th June 2024, the Department observed World Elder Abuse Awareness Day with an oath-taking ceremony. Students and faculty pledged to uphold respect, empathy, and care for the elderly. The event was held at the FDP Hall and led by Mrs. Amina Melathil, Assistant Professor. The ceremony emphasized values of dignity and responsibility towards elders and aimed to raise awareness about elder abuse and the importance of social sensitivity among students.
